FAQ

The questions, answered properly.

20 things people actually ask before and after they publish — including the awkward ones about what happens when you stop paying.

Getting started

4
What do I actually need to start?

An email address. No card, no domain, no hosting account. You pick a template, fill in your content through a form, and publish — the whole thing takes about five minutes.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. Every template is filled in through a form: headline, photos, services, contact details. You can reorder or hide any section you don’t need. There’s no code to write, no deploy step, and no DNS to configure.

How long until my site is live?

Minutes. There’s no review queue and no build pipeline — you press Publish and the site is reachable at your address straight away.

Can I try it before paying?

That’s the default. Free isn’t a trial: it doesn’t expire, and a Free site stays published for as long as you want it. You only pay when you want something Free doesn’t include.

Plans & billing

6
How does billing work?

Paid plans are 30-day subscriptions paid by KHQR. There’s no card on file and no automatic renewal: when a period ends you run checkout again to extend it, and paying early never forfeits the days you have left.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your site stays live. It falls back to the Free plan, so extra photos, product listings, stats, leads, and custom SEO stop showing — but nothing is deleted. Resubscribe and all of it comes back exactly as it was.

Do I have to pay to publish?

No. Publishing is free on every plan, forever, and there’s no payment step in front of the publish button. Paying only raises what your site is allowed to show.

Do I lose days if I renew early?

No. Renewing before your period ends adds 30 days to the time you already have rather than resetting the clock, so there’s no reason to wait until the last day.

Is the price per site or per account?

Per site. Each site carries its own plan and its own 30-day period, so a Free site and a Premium site can sit side by side in the same account.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, at any time, and it applies to that site straight away. You buy the new plan exactly the way you bought the first one — from the Plan card in the editor.

Templates & design

4
Are any templates locked behind a plan?

None of them. All 15 templates are available on every plan including Free — templates are the one thing we never gate.

Can I change template after building the site?

Not currently. You choose your template when you create the site, and it stays with that design. If you want a different look, create a new site and pick another template.

Can I change the colours and fonts?

Yes, on every plan. You can set your own accent colour, and borrow the type pairing from any other template in the catalogue — so you can pull a design toward your own branding without leaving it.

Can I add my own sections?

No. Every template is built from the same five sections — Hero, About, Gallery, Products & Services, and Contact — which is what keeps every design consistent and reliable. You can reorder them and hide the ones you don’t need.

Publishing & your address

3
What address will my site have?

Your own subdomain — something like yourname.kumrou.com. You choose it when you create the site, and you can change it later from Settings in the editor.

Can I use my own domain name?

Not yet. Every site publishes to its own kumrou.com subdomain today; custom domains aren’t supported on any plan.

Can I unpublish?

Yes, at any time, from the editor or your dashboard. Unpublishing takes the site off the web but keeps everything you’ve written, so you can publish it again later unchanged.

Your data & account

3
Who owns what I upload?

You do. Your photos and your words stay yours — we host them so your published site can serve them.

What happens to my content if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. A lower plan simply shows less of it — fewer product listings, no leads inbox — while everything stays stored against your site and reappears the moment the plan allows it again.

Can I delete my site?

Yes, from your dashboard. Deleting is permanent and takes the site’s content with it, so it asks you to confirm first.

Still not sure which plan you need?

The comparison table lays out every difference side by side, in one screen.
